Thank You for taking the time to give out so much information on these families and interesting bits about them. I am from the lineage of William Franklin Burris thru Richard Charles Burris on to James Andrew Burris then Fred William Burris and my Dad was Gilbert Hagen Burris and I am Jack Burris. All of this information is a blessing to me since I knew little from the Burris side of my family. My Dad served in the Army, My brother Arthur in the Navy and I retired from the Army. My son Jack Jr served in an infantry company in the first Gulf war. My daughter Susan served in the Army Reserves.
