Wonderful post. I love your outspoken stand on the side of honor, humanity and reason. I don't think I had any ancestors on the side of the South so it is easy for me. You express the fact that we are not our ancestors so well! We are not accountable for their actions, only our own. But maybe you inherited their strong willed personality??
