Died at Memphis 20 Oct 1861. Died of camp measles per cemetery record.
William S Jackson; Lot/Division 1, #120, Plat Number 120. Two dates of death, both at Memphis - 25 Oct 1861 (Muster roll records) OR 19 Oct 1861, per Register of Soldiers Killed in Battle or Who died of Wounds or Disease.
Richard T Macon; Lot/Division 2, #342, Plat Number 892. Two dates of death - both say died in hospital of complaint of diarrhea. One says date of death 6 Oct 1863, the other 7 Oct 1863. Was a prisoner of war, captured at Helena, AR.
A M Jackson; Lot/Division 1, #115, Plat Number 115. Died at Memphis on 19 Oct 1861, cemetery record says died in camp.
