i have a dining room table that was my greatgrandmother's; my mother was given it in the 70s when my grandmother moved to an apartment from her house, then i inherited it from my mther in 1990. it's got very awkward legs, but i love it.
nothing in our home matches except one battered futon couch and futon chair that are 8 years old and well-abused by the cats.
