I too have always like the old stuff. I rescued from the garage attic an took an old hickory rocker to college with me. It drove my mother crazy. She was always about new and modern which I disliked. My passion is antique cupboards. My house has many of them. I did notice your percolator, and I did give that up many years ago for the drip style. I guess I opt for a mix of the old and new . . . I certainly don't want to give up my internet for anything, and I love my cell phone however, it only makes phone calls.
