There are a whole lot of reasons I don't use cuts on this blog, or my cemetery blog, Graven Images.
So sorry you have PTSD. Doubt seriously it came from your service in the Civil War.
However, part of my own spiritual path is belief in reincarnation. In the event that you are a Civil War soldier or vet in this incarnation, and know it, then you also know that reading genealogy blogs, which are loaded with information about previous centuries (and all the dire consequences resulting from lack of knowledge about modern medicine), is probably not your best selection of reading material.
And if you're not the reincarnation of a soldier - from either side - in the Civil War, then my suggestion would be that the next time you talk to your therapist about your PTSD, you might also want to investigate borderline personality disorder.
Because none of the entries on this blog are about you.
