Dee, Photobucket won't let me enlarge it enough to get a closer look.... Based on what I can see, though, it looks like the word begins with a J (based on other words in the certificate) and ends in "ville Graveyard."
I thought I'd be smart and look at the lists of graves at Fleming Co., KY's, rootsweb site, but they didn't have a list. I next went to Find-a-Grave... but there are no cemeteries that begin with a J and also look close enough... Pleasureville, Elizaville, Ingram Hill.
You've probably already searched so I doubt I can help much. Maybe you could join the Rootsweb Fleming Co, KY, email list (if you haven't already).
I notice that Scot Stout (who is a geneablogger) hosts the US Genweb site for Fleming Co. Could you check with him? (Info here: http://kykinfolk.com/fleming/).
Also, at GeneaBloggers.com you can see a list of KY gen blogs (http://www.geneabloggers.com/geneal ogy-blogs-type/kentucky-genealogy-blogs/ ) and see search results for Fleming County KY on gen blogs (http://www.google.com/cse?cx=017856439 394101851265%3Auvyz4th1fje&ie=UTF-8&q=Fleming+County+Kentucky&sa=Search&siteurl=www.geneabloggers.com%2Fsearch-g eneablogger-member-blogs%2F&ref=www.geneabloggers.com%2Fgenealogy-bl ogs-type%2Fkentucky-genealogy-blogs%2F&ss=5120j1823558j26#gsc.tab=0&gsc.q=Fleming%20County%20Kentucky&gsc.page=1).
You are a good and thorough researcher, Dee, and you've probably done all of these things but I mention them just in case you haven't.
Another possibility is that the cemetery isn't in Fleming Co. If she lived near a county line she could have been buried in a nearby cemetery in a different county. Do you have a good KY map?
Don't you love the sleuthing aspect of genealogy?!
