Carl, this one's for you...
It was up and running in the fall of 2009, but not as high as it is in the spring.
I took this photo from the same side of the bridge as you did yesterday.

The scenery is so beautiful. Glad you posted the high water shots. Is this the creek thru the Freeman/Duvall homesteads area or thru the Burris one? I just can't the lay of the land down pat. Thanks Jennie F Martin

That would depend on whether cousin Louis is right or I am - if I am, then yeah, Isabell Creek twists and winds into Section 14 also.
If not, then I'd have to look up the creek in Section 11 on my plat maps.
